Cashew processing unit in Jeypore, Odisha

In my last visit to Jeypore, got chance to see how Cashews (Kaju) are being process so I thought of capturing everything. The unit I visited process the raw cashed bought not only from local vendor but also all over india and even sometime from foreign countries. I am excited to visit the place, When my cousin invited us to visit the factory. Very next day we went to factory. He showed us different processes before a cashew is ready for end customers.
